Inspired by Riki-Oh, that certainly fits Jason Eisner's work... Beyond what is said there I can also tell you that the initial plans are for it to be a tournament-style fight film and that Eisener's love of professional wrestling - he tried to cast Jake The Snake Roberts for a role in Hobo - will have an impact on the design and showmanship of the piece. Not to sure if it's straight up wrestling costumes, but HWAS has some interesting enemies like that duo the Plague, where one has a weapon that hangs people.
