The cover claims to reveal Bruce Lee's secret workout never seen before. I flicked through the article by Shannon Lee and it was the same old stuff nothing new. Shannon Lee claims her Dad was big on warming up before working out with weights. This contradicts the story that Lee hurt his back by not warming up, and going straight into his workout one morning. John Little even mentions this in the Bruce Lee Estate sanctioned The Art Of Expressing The Human Body. If you own The Art Of Expressing The Human Body by John Little you will have read it all before. You are right PhantomDreamer he did continue to train after the back injury. With the help of some very strong pain killers and the fact he was an extremely determined man who would not give up easily. Bruce Lee has been a brand for along time now.
