Member Topgun Posted November 22, 2010 Member Share Posted November 22, 2010 Hi guys, Maybe some of you have seen my posts in the past about flaws in editing. Here, I've found another one from Shaw Brother in this "Swordsman at Large". At 13:50, you could easily tire tracks in the background. Please share your finding here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAP201-b1gQ&NR=1 How interesting! Topgun:bigsmile:
Member Morgoth Bauglir Posted November 22, 2010 Member Share Posted November 22, 2010 Hi guys, Maybe some of you have seen my posts in the past about flaws in editing. Yep, I've seen em, and I love em! You are the forum's "flaws" specialist that is for sure.
Member Michael L. Posted November 22, 2010 Member Share Posted November 22, 2010 It's a good thing this isn't a Sword and Sandal forum... you'd have your hands full then! Unless ancient Greece had power lines and airplanes!
Member ShaOW!linDude Posted November 22, 2010 Member Share Posted November 22, 2010 Ha! Nice catch. When they zoom in for his close-up, it also defines the tread marks. That's funny.
Member kungfusamurai Posted November 23, 2010 Member Share Posted November 23, 2010 I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe they had all-season radials on their carts? KFS
Member Topgun Posted December 21, 2010 Author Member Share Posted December 21, 2010 Thank you for the incredible responses from you guys. Well, this time is from "Dragon Fist" where Han Ying and James Tien are at the lumber storage. Here, at 0.50, you can easily see the tire treads as they are running through the lumbers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBo5H65CC_k&NR=1 Topgun:cry:
Member Topgun Posted March 12, 2011 Author Member Share Posted March 12, 2011 Hello gangs, I found this one from "Brave in the Kung Fu Shawdow AKA Royal Sword" by Tien Peng, Chia Ling and Chang Yi. At the very begining at 00.02, you can see there is a gasoline lantern behind Chia Ling. As you you know, this is a Ming Dynasty period and I do no think gasoline usage was available in China during this time. Please correct me if I am wrong...just want you all to have fun with me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtDQoLxLxiI&NR=1 Topgun:bigsmile:
Member ShaOW!linDude Posted March 12, 2011 Member Share Posted March 12, 2011 Good eye! That's funny. It's almost centered in the shot and it's so fast you could miss it if you blink.
