Member GOLDEN DRAGON YIN-YANG Posted November 17, 2010 Member Share Posted November 17, 2010 ! watched 13 Poles of Shaolin last night. A true masterpiece. Saw a few of the Venom's in this. The movie appears to be filmed at Shaolin Temple. Is this true? There was so much to love from this movie. How great is the Gin General. Who was the actor? The last fight was a classic. Such intricate choreography. Just thrilling. Your thoughts on this one please. GD Y-Y
Guest Markgway
How great is the Gin General. He did the drunken Kung Fu, right? Your thoughts on this one please. I remember thinking it was above average.
Guest Yi-Long
I don't think polish people should be allowed into Shaolin! You just KNOW they're gonna break that no-alcohol rule!
Member GOLDEN DRAGON YIN-YANG Posted November 18, 2010 Author Member Share Posted November 18, 2010 Yi Long very funny. Actually the Gin general was the monk who learned from the MAD MONK. I was thinking of the bad general who was he? GD Y-Y

Member GOLDEN DRAGON YIN-YANG Posted November 18, 2010 Author Member Share Posted November 18, 2010 Thanks Morgoth. Yes Alan Chui. He was amazing IMO in this role. The Mad Monk scene was also way OVER the top. I think I saw this movie in my early day's and was so BLOWN away by this scene. Surprising the Mad Monk actor, as great as he was in; 7 Steps of Kung Fu, only made a handful of films. GD Y-Y
