I wonder if ITV have got some sort of deal going on JC films? RUSH HOUR 2 was on last night, and RH1 was on a week or so ago. No idea why it wasn't released previously with the other two, but RUSH HOUR 2 is getting an R1 Blu-ray release on September 15th, 2015. First there was Spooky Encounters II then there was Blade of Fury.
