I know morgoth had some reviews of the same sort... thinking we should consolidate as a reference point. HKFlix is a good start, but they are missing a bunch. Real title/year is listed first, then the box set re-title in brackets [ ]. I'll add movie features if I can. If you have info on any of these sets please feel free to share! Description says uncut, not sure if it is uncut - what missing? Kung Fu Cook (1982) - Good quality from VHS. Fullscreen. English Dub. It has trailers at the beginning with "The Great Hero" (Bruce Li) and "The True Game of Death". The Old Master (1979) - Good quality. Widescreen, English Language. Very low sound and only hear side of the speakers Invincible Fighter: The Jackie Chan Story (?) - Very Good quality. Widescreen, Mandarin Language with remastered English subs. Original HK version, not the UK Eastern Heroes 70min. version called "Jackie Chan, The Kung Fu Years". Feature length compilation of Jackie's fight scenes from his films by Lo Wei. Those who put out the sets that are VERY cheap are not considering this (among other things) when they assemble collections, of course, so overlap is almost inevitable! Titles that are "Public Domain" have their good points and bad points; oversaturation by overlap is the WORST point of all! This thread could help identify the DVDs with best versions of "PD" movies!
