Member Ozark Posted May 21, 2010 Member Share Posted May 21, 2010 Wondering if anyone can help ID this movie- Back in the day (80's) there was a movie on Black Belt Theater that had a guy who had taken a vow of silence (not the Jackie Chan movie) until he got revenge (or something like that). He had a belt around his shoulder with a bunch of little scrolls with phrases on them that he would pop out when needed... which, of course, doubled as little flying darts. I think there were two women cops that fought with these long ribbons - I've been looking for that one for a long time, nice call!
