I lsot the name of this movie, it had 2 twins seperated at birth because of an evil warlord with iron fingers, he has 2 henchman a guy with a fire costume and a homosexual water guy. The kids get seperated, one raised as an underling for the warlord and the other got raised by 3 monks (each of them looked weird in a way).

In the end they fight the Villain who'se portable throne seemed to be a weapon itself.
